1. Damaged/Incorrect Delivery
If you received damaged goods or an incorrect delivery you will need to inform us within 48 hours. Please send an email and photos of the relevant damgaes/incorrect tiles to [email protected] . We will either refund you or send replacements as quickly as is possible
2. Surplus Tiles
We will refund any tiles in their original unopened and undamaged boxes within 7 days of the date of delivery. Due to the fact that tile shades vary slightly from batch to batch and we turnover stock so quickly it is not possible to take returns of surplus tiles after 7 days. The customer will be responsible for arranging the return of the goods to our central [email protected] TilesDirect Returns Warehouse 1 Parkwest Drive, Park West Dublin 12. Please send an email to [email protected] advising of any such returns at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days following our receipt of the return, original delivery costs will not be refunded.
3. Change Of Mind
The customer will have the right to return goods within 7 from date of receipt if they are not happy with their selection. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, unopend and undamgaed to our main central warehouse: TilesDirect Returns Warehouse 1 Parkwest Drive, Parkwest Dublin 12. The customer will be responsible for arranging transport and insurance of goods. It is not possible to return goods after 7 days of receipt of the order.. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days following our receipt of the return, original delivery costs will not be refunded.
